Hi, I'm Eileen.
I'm a lifestyle creator in New York with a full-time 9-to-5 at Google, and I'm half Dominican, half Singaporean. Two food cultures raised me, and they still run most of my opinions. This site is where I keep the recommendations I'd actually text a close friend.
When I started posting, I assumed people would care about the polished stuff. Turns out what resonated was the things I obsess over and won't stop talking about: deals on quality brands, beauty and skincare hacks for a demanding schedule, best matcha in the city, and how to travel in a way that actually feels like luxury.
My whole thing is practical and a little luxury. Everything here is tested before it earns a spot. No filler, no things I wouldn't buy again.
What I'm building right now
A matcha brand, back home.
I'm starting a matcha brand in the Dominican Republic. Matcha is already on menus all over Santo Domingo, but nobody has built a brand around it yet, so I'm making the one I'd want to drink.
The flavors come from both halves of me: chinola, coconut, tamarind, soursop. The fruit my Dominican family and my Singaporean family both grew up on. Singapore × Santo Domingo, in a cup.
